As Carl Black gets the opportunity to move his family out of Chicago in hope of a better life, their arrival in Beverly Hills is timed with that city's annual purge, where all crime is legal for twelve hours.

THE BUZZ: Congratulations to The Purge series for earning a parody movie. Good thing Mike Epps is surrounding by a cast of supporting players to help him survive the transition from Chicago to Beverly Hills. Down in the credits we see comedian Paul Mooney playing a Klansman, which, if you're familiar at all with Mooney's humor, might be the main reason to see this movie.
